The challenge

The client needed to receive patient rosters and healthcare data from multiple sources, normalize the information, run processing workflows, and deliver outputs through different operational paths.

Manual tracking made it difficult to see which records had succeeded, failed, required review, or were waiting for delivery. The platform also needed to support increasing volume without making every new client workflow a separate implementation.

The solution

PragmaConnect implemented a FHIR-centered processing and workflow platform with structured roster intake, configurable processing steps, asynchronous job execution, quality-review queues, delivery status tracking, and exception handling.

The solution separated ingestion, processing, review, and delivery so that each stage could be monitored independently. Client-specific mappings and delivery rules were applied on top of a reusable platform foundation.
